Return & Refund Policy

Customers may return products within 5 days of receiving them due to quality. To request a return, please send your order number to NailssCustomer@gmail.com and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. Due to the special character of personal products, handicrafts, after the use and non-quality reasons are not accepted for return. Please note that all items must be in their original, clean, and unused condition with original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. If the items have been used or are not in their original condition, a partial refund or denial of refund may apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
